Open water swim + other fun 22nd Jan 5pm onwards - South Beach

Hi,

I am going for an open water swim after work on Friday down at south beach... Does anyone want to come down??

South beach is a good spot to practice open water swimming and there is also a nice little road/trail run (7km loop) for those that are feeling energetic..... I'm not planning to run but if someone wants to - I can show you the loop.... it doesn't take much to convince me to sneaker up!!

Bring your kids - I am sure we can think of some fun water type activities for them which may end up including the big people as well bring a picnic (or buy from the local shops)...

We can finish with a sneaky beer down the beach!
